"Still waiting on my delivery"
I ordered this weeks ago and the tracking has barely updated since. The package still hasn’t shown up, which is frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with delivery taking this long?

"Way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I wasn’t happy with my experience on cbsstore.com. Browsing the site was fine enough, but once I placed the order, everything started feeling really disorganized. I paid and then barely got any clear updates, which was frustrating?!
Customer service didn’t make things any better either. The replies were slow, and when they did respond, it felt like the same generic answers over and over. For what I paid, I expected the process to be a lot smoother. I definitely wouldn’t bother using them again.

"Runs Smaller Than My Other Mediums"
I usually wear a medium in pretty much every shirt I buy, but this one fit more like a small on me. Compared to my other tops, the sleeves felt really tight and the shirt was noticeably shorter. I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t help much.

"Shipping is just way too expensive"
I was going to buy just one shirt, but the shipping ended up being almost as much as the shirt itself. That felt ridiculous, it just wasn’t worth it for me

I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. Pages kept loading weird, and when I got to checkout, it crashed on me more than once. I usually trust my instincts with stuff like this, and this didn’t feel like a smooth or reliable shopping experience

I ordered from CBS Store and my package did show up, so that part was fine. The tracking was just kind of confusing. It stayed on the same status for a few days, and I kept checking it thinking maybe something was wrong, then out of nowhere it updated and was suddenly moving again. The item itself was good when it arrived, no complaints there. I just wish the shipping info had been clearer or updated more often. Overall, not a bad experience, but not exactly smooth either.

"Refund came through, just slower than expected"
I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and from the tone of the updates, I kind of assumed it would be sorted a bit sooner. Not a terrible experience, but the wait was a little frustrating.

I tried to pay a few times, but the checkout kept failing for no clear reason. You get all the way to the end, and then it just won’t let you finish. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"Return worked, but it dragged on"
I had to return a shirt from cbsstore.com because the sizing was off. The return did go through eventually, but it felt slower than it needed to be, and I kept checking my email for updates. Customer service sent the usual canned apology, which didn’t help much when I just wanted a clearer timeline. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Looks legit, but I’m not 100% convinced"
Overall, the item itself seems authentic and looks good. That said, the packaging felt a little off to me, so I’m not completely sure. I’m happy with the product for the most part, but I wish the packaging had been more convincing.

"Box showed up in rough shape"
My order arrived with the box all crushed and the tape barely holding on. The item itself was okay, thankfully, but the packaging felt careless. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out who to contact about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For what I paid, I expected better

"Got the wrong shirt in my order"
I ordered a shirt and the one that showed up was not the design I picked, the size was right, at least, but it was still the wrong shirt. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it was just annoying having to deal with it in the first place.

"Not the quality I was expecting"
I ordered a shirt from the CBS Store, and at first the print looked decent enough. But after one wash, it already started fading, which was frustrating. The fabric also felt a lot thinner than I expected for the price. Shipping was fine, so that wasn’t the issue, and I feel like I’ve had to keep explaining that part when the real problem is the shirt itself. Overall, just disappointed because I expected better quality

"Support was okay, just not the fastest"
I ordered something from cbsstore.com and after a while my tracking info just wasn’t changing, so I figured I should ask customer service about it. I wasn’t super worried at first, but then again tracking is supposed to track stuff, so it felt weird.
They did get back to me and they were nice enough, but every reply took like a couple days, which made the whole thing feel slower than it probably was. I ended up following up once because the first answer didn’t really clear it up for me.
My order did show up fine in the end, so I guess it worked out. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just kind of slow support, even though maybe the package was already moving the whole time and I was just staring at the tracking too much.

"Promo codes felt pointless"
So... I tried using the sale promo on cbsstore.com, but it kept telling me the code wasn’t valid even though the banner was still showing on the site. Then once I saw the shipping cost, the discount barely mattered anyway. It felt a little like a bait and switch, and I ended up just giving up.

"The order showed up later than I expected..."
The order showed up later than I expected, which was a little disappointing because I kept looking out for it like I used to wait for packages as a kid. Once it finally arrived, everything was fine, so no major complaints, just wish the shipping had been quicker.
"Payment was a mess, but maybe not totally their fault"
I tried paying two different times and it just kept giving me an error, even though my bank was already showing pending charges. Part of me thinks it was probably some random bank/payment processor issue, but it still felt like the site should’ve handled it better. Support did get back to me eventually, just not fast enough to actually make me feel relaxed about it. I’m still not 100% sure if the order went through or not, which is frustrating. Maybe it’ll all sort itself out, but it was a really annoying experience.

I got the order confirmation, but that’s pretty much where things stopped. I’ve been waiting for any kind of follow-up or shipping update, and it feels like they may have just forgotten about it.
